It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that Dr. Clifton Whitworth has passed. Deepest condolences are extended to his family and many devoted friends. ...Dr. Whitworth’s professional career in the dental profession spanned more than 50 years. His commitment to the underserved in the St. Louis region was unfailing. He was so greatly admired and respected among his colleagues and co-workers at Affinia Healthcare and across the spectrum of healing disciplines, and loved by those who were privileged to work alongside him at the St. Louis Dental Center and in various other settings. A.T. Still University has been awarded a $875,000 grant from St. Louis City Senior Fund. The project is an expansion of outreach efforts conducted by ATSU's Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health students and faculty in partnership with Affinia Healthcare.
