Caregiver Kristen says Sorrel is her work bestie Oh Sorrel!! Sorrel is a fun-loving, spunky boy with lots of energy. He enjoys playing with toys; especially ropes and tennis balls. He doesn’t even need you to play with him! He’s perfectly content throwing the rope around with himself! He loves to wrestle and play with other dogs. He could play all day If you let him! He has the cutest face, and loves to sit and show off his beautiful smile. -Kristen Frysztak, Animal... Caregiver Interested in adopting Sorrel?? Message our page for more information!
Caregiver Aimee says King has won her heart My favorite dog is King! He is such a joy to walk and spend time with outside. He is very well-mannered. I like to take him on longer walks to give him time away from the shelter. He LOVES to smell around especially in the bushes. If you sit down with him, he will lean into you for pets. King is a happy boy who is looking for his forever home!!!! Will you be his forever? Aimee Ujka, Animal Caregiver
Are you looking for a cat that is sure to please?!? Well then, say hello to Shirley! Not only does she have the most beautiful markings, she is beautiful inside... too! Shirley is very affectionate, playful, curious and so stinkin' ADORABLE! She greeted everyone who came into the room with a leg rub. Shirley is 1-year-old, 4.6 lbs., spayed and ready to go home. She is also cat friendly. Shirely would be pleased to make your aquaintance! Call the Pet Adoption Center to set up an appointment. 314-615-0560 ext. 3.
PET OF THE WEEK!! Meet Dino
Dewey, Frankenstein, Koda and Typhoon enjoyed their group walk on this beautiful Autumn morning with our wonderful volunteers. Many thanks to the volunteers who not only came in early for the walk, but either continued to walk dogs for several hours after the group walk or came back later in the day to make sure each of our dogs got clean blankets, filled kongs and toys, and at least 3 walks by the end of the day
