We are happy to announce that the St. Joseph Visitors Center at 502 N. Woodbine is back open from 9-3 Monday-Friday with limited access (no restroom/drinking water facilities). The "Fighting for Equality" exhibit is now on display through January 15th. Afterwards, the Towers of St. Joseph: The Local Architecture of Harvey Ellis exhibit will be there for an indeterminate amount of time. A spring exhibit is in the process of being created. Come on out to the Visitors Center and see how we can help you plan your next adventure. We hope to see you soon.

Bundle up and enjoy a hayride this weekend. Pick out your pumpkins and then warm up by the fire pit. Bubba’s BBQ is here on Saturday and Big Daddy’s BBQ will be... here on Sunday. Hayrides, train rides, and apple cannons are running this weekend. Our fire pit is perfect for roasting hot dogs, s’mores, or marshmallows. Fall is the perfect time of year to take a drive along the historic Lover’s Lane. Immortalized in a poem by the famous poet Eugene Field...this popular resident...ial neighborhood was once the countryside. It’s been a long time since Lover’s Lane was synonymous with farms, horse pastures, and bridle paths...but the beauty and charm of this road lives on. www.uncommoncharacter.com/stories/eugene-field/
