Just finished up my home made trailer I’ve been working on. 20’ deck space with a 4’ dove tail Tandem 6,000lb dexter axles with brakes 4 C-Channel bracing every 12 2 5/16 ball hitch... 3 angle iron ramps 1/2 thick for ease of loading from the rear or sides of trailer. See more
Commercial condo main walkway and hand rail replacement from 1/4 diamond plate to 1 1/4 bar grating. Main supports were cut down 1 and braced with new material to accommodate the bar grating.
Structural I-Beam supports were removed and replaced today at this commercial storefront.
Simple Step/Support for trailer tongue out of expanded steel and angle iron.
No job too small. Barbecue charcoal preheat pan recreated for a customer out of 1/4 plate
Two trailer tongue installations on a double wide trailer, starting with a whole new front beam on both trailers for a good structure to weld to, as well as brand new suspension brackets to support the weight. Multiple braces were installed along the trailer to strengthen the whole frame.
Trailer deck replacement for the sporting kc soccer team, not welding, but definitely loyal returning customers
Customer paid someone to weld new suspension brackets onto his trailer at a budget price only to have all 4 brackets break a few weeks later. I have since repaired all 4 links and installed 1/4 plates welded over all brackets after initial repair was completed for extra strength. Not the best work due to existing steel, but I guarantee it won’t break again.
Fork lift trailer jack built for the shop I work for. Sure makes moving large trailers a breeze at the shop.
Trailer ramp recently rebuilt. New bracing, new 3/4 x 1/4 expanded steel installed for the Sporting KC Soccer Team
Recently did a set of MOVE bumpers for a customer, It really completes the truck and makes it look like a tank!
Just finished up a mailbox for a coworker whose previous 3 mailboxes have either been run over or smashed with a baseball bat. All I can say is a 80lb steel mail box that's buried 4ft in the ground is really going to pack a punch to whoever decides to mess with it. 10" diameter, 3/8" thick pipe with 2"x4" steel tubing, 1/4" thick as the support Will be buried 4' deep
