Start Ups Coffee Lounge and Drive Thru

Hey all my customers/friends... I am in California state where it is going to be 72 degrees today. I will be staying here for the winter months. It was my intention to close but I absolutely hate disappointing my "peeps," so instead, I have retained a college student who has barista experience to serve you all until I get back. Her name is Kodi and she is personable and capable and will keep your coffee flowing. I miss everyone and everything and I know you will help Kodi feel welcomed and accomplished. Due to a vital piece of equipment malfunction, StartUps will be closed tomorrow morning (Tuesday) while I take it to the repair shop in KC. As many of you already know, Dusty and his family have moved to Texas where Dusty has gotten on as an electrical lineman near Dallas... good pay, great benefit...s. All good except it leaves me here without benefit of "son and grandkids." Therefore, I will eventually move back to my home state of California. I have said all this to ascertain whether there is someone out there interested in my building and/or business before I list it all with a real estate agency.
