The extended deadline is July 15, 2020. Our clients and staff are our main concern as we travel this unknown path of the Coronavirus. Please call our office to make sure we are there, should you need to pick up or drop off. You can also send remotely. We are hoping and praying we can resume back to normalcy, but until then, be safe and take care of yourselves.

Starting Wednesday, April 1st, we will be remote only. We are not accepting walk ins or any additional appointments until this crisis lifts. Should you need to pick up your taxes, please call first to set up a time to do so. (816) 313-1128. If you are dropping anything off, please call first to make sure we’re there or use the slot in the front glass door and title your envelope Starr Tax Service. We will work through this together! We are wishing you all good health.

Because of the current situation going on in the world, we are asking all clients to remotely send your information to us by scan/email or fax. Please include current phone number and address. Email: [email protected] FAX: 1-844-273-0449 You can also "snail" mail your documents to 9306 E US Hwy 40, Indep., MO 64055.... If you are unable to get us your information that way, ONLY ONE person per household is allowed to come in our office. We will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY until this blows over. We are praying for everyone's well being and safety. **Update**Starting March 25th, those who have appts, are still on the books-those who call in for appts for the rest of March and 1/2 of April will be done remote only, or call for an Appt after April 15th if you’re unable to send remotely. After making an appointment, please keep to one person coming in to do your taxes. This will help minimize the threat of the virus spreading. You can always call your spouse if more info/docs are needed this way. And again, if you haven’t felt well or have a fever, wait until you are better before making an appointment. Thank you!

***UPDATE*** Deadline has been extended until July 15th, however, after April 15th we will be open by appointment only. Extensions are not needed until 7/15. Seems the corona virus is making headlines everywhere you turn. Rest assured, Starr Tax Service is doing what we always have done! We sanitize and disinfect the office on a daily basis, we continue washing our hands, after each client, as we always have in the past. We’ve always practiced these measures and will continue to do so. Those who call in and want to make an appointment and aren’t feeling well, Jennifer always lets them know to call back when they are on amends.
