A message from Father Jim in this week’s parish bulletin details the support provided by the St. Anthony Food Pantry in 2020. Nearly 7,000 families turned to the pantry for support throughout the year. Thank you to our volunteers, donors, and the Dutchtown community! #STL #foodpantry

A wonderful article on the sainthood causes of a few of the many holy American Black Catholics. The Venerable Father Augustus Tolton whom the Franciscan friars played a role in his becoming a priest. The Servant of God Thea Bowman was a Franciscan Sister of Perpetual Adoration. Wonderful role models of holiness for us all!

As Lent is a time for increased prayer, please consider praying for these friars. Some may remember Brother Pauli Johnson who was at St Anthony's some years ago. St Anthony's will once again have adoration of the Blessed Sacrament concluding with benediction beginning at 3:00 pm on Fridays. An excellent time to pray for the friars!!
