Yoga Teachers and serious practitioners mark your calendar for this Friday August 21st at 9am Central, for a special workshop exploring Mudra, hand gestures, to add a whole new depth to your practice. (Participants will earn 3 CEs for Yoga Alliance)

Gyms may be closing but I’ve got you covered! Come de-stress with me. Lots of content will be coming over the next days and weeks while we’re dealing with the craziness of Corona. Live interactive sessions via zoom and Facebook live as well as pre-recorded sessions you can watch anytime will be available daily and everything will be super affordable! First class starts tonight at 7pm central. Choose joy, not fear! Let me show you how. Together let’s let go of stress and tension and create space and ease within our bodies. Kids classes coming too!
