Friday Workout Warm up 5 minute jog ... For 10 minutes- 5 rounds Minute 1-30 plank shoulder taps Minute 2- 10 tempo squats ***squats should take 3 seconds down pause and 3 seconds up. (Get low and push those knees out. 3 rounds 10 v-ups 10 stiff legged sit-ups 10 hollow rocks Rest 1 minute between rounds 5 rounds for time 12 over head squats 9 pushups 6 burpees ***use a towel or broom handle for the over head squats. Keep the arms locked and back over the midline of the body. This workout has no built in rest. The intensity in this workout should be high the entire time.
