Springfield Area Herb Society

Correction!! The earlier post said this meeting was on the 29th. It is on the 20th of this month. That is tomorrow. The Springfield Area Herb Society meeting will be at the Botanical Center October 20th at 6:00 pm. Ranae Bernskoetter will present "Growing Micro Greens". She is a Master Gardener and always has lots of good information to share. Come join the fun. Remember to bring your own food and drinks as none will be provided. Masks and social distancing will be t...he norm. From action of the board and members at our September 15, 2020 SAHS meeting Bob Belk will serve as president for the next term. Our next Wild Edible Herb Walk will be Sunday October 25th at 2:00pm. Meet at the first parking lot at Busiek State Forest 10 miles south of Ozark on highway 65, mile marker 27. Fee is $10.00 for guests and $5.00 for paid Springfield Area Herb Society Members. Membership applications will be available. Herb garden work day will be this Sunday at 1pm. not Saturday.

Herb Garden workday changed to Sunday, Oct 11 at 1pm I was notified that parking may be an issue at the park on Saturday due to many other scheduled events so we'll change our workday to Sunday instead.

Our gardening is coming to an end. Join us for the work day this Sat. 10am to see how you can get involved for next year.
