Good afternoon. Today has been such a great day! I was preparing to argue a motion for suppression of physical evidence in Platte County tomorrow on a paraphernalia charge and the Prosecutor emailed me saying that if he didn't have to argue against my motion tomorrow, he would plead the charge down to a littering ordinance violation with a $50 fine. The client was ecstatic and so am I for them!
