Spare No Rib

Spare no Rib is on the move! We will go back to our original digs on 2200 Gravois Ave to leave room for a new venture at our current location on Jefferson & Winnebago. The new concept, Champs On Jefferson, a collaboration with self-taught chef Anthony Stewart aka The Mixologist, will be a sports themed neighborhood bistro with simple, tasty fare. The drink menu will have all the classic libations with some microbrews on tap and craft cocktails. The upstairs room will have ...a bar and a living room setting with couches and TVs for game watching and socializing. Back in it original home, SNR will share the space with its sister restaurant EGG. EGG will keep the same hours of operation serving breakfast, lunch & brunch. SNR will be open for dinner service from 4pm to 10 pm Tuesday thru Sunday. The SNR menu will be the same with minor tweaks to the food offerings and drink list. SNR’s Last day at the current location is May 26Th will reopen on Gravois June 5th Champs On Jefferson Opening day will be announced soon. Stay tuned.
