In this time of Corona Virus and COVID-19, we would like to share with you some information regarding Spalation's plan for reopening. We want to do our part in helping the community to stop this pandemic so we will be taking even more extra precautions to provide a safe environment for you and our team! We hope everyone stays safe always. Spalation is trying our very best to be the safest place! We have always maintained an extremely sanitary and clean environment, but ...are definitely adding extra precautions and procedures to ensure your safety as well as that of our team's. Our team is all on-board with this and we will continue providing a safe place. We provide a very sanitized space and clean all areas and surfaces that any client may be in contact with before and after each guest enters or leaves our spa. We will also be adding additional procedures we will follow, such as additional questions for clients and taking temperatures. We will be limiting appointments to control the flow of clients in and out of the spa to ensure there are not too many people in the facility at the same time. We want you and our team to feel 100% safe and comfortable. Our spa will reopen on May 15th, 2020, but we will be open by appointment only from now through at least May 31, 2020 or until the situation gets better. We do ask that if you are experiencing any signs of sickness, please do not make an appointment or please cancel ahead of time to help stop the spread of any illness. (sore throat, cough, fever, etc). When booking an appointment we may ask a few health questions to help protect all of our guests and team. We will continue to provide the best service and experience at Spalation and want all of our guests to share in that experience while being comfortable and safe from this virus!. For information or to make an appointment between May 15th and 31st, we ask for you to make appointments via phone only at 816-585-2629. After that point, we will reopen our online appointment system via our website as well. We hope to see you soon and hope every one stays safe and well! Hi Everyone, Joe and I and our Spalation Team would like to update you as to the current plan for Spalation regarding Covid19 and the Corona Virus (as of now anyway). Unfortunately, our spa is not considered an essential business and we are not allowed to open at this time. The new projected date to reopen is May 15, 2020 or at whatever date it feels safe for our team and our clients to return.... We agree with the safety policy and support our state's requirements and we hope this virus pandemic will disappear as soon as possible. We truly miss each of our clients and also wanted to update and say "Happy Easter" to you all. We hope everyone has been safe and healthy and we will pass this situation together. We hope to see you all when are able to get back to a better-than-normal lifestyle again. We also want you to know that we will of course extend every gift certificate that is set to expire between February 2020 to May 2020 for 6 additional months.
