Well the surprise came a day early. We are very pleased and honored to present the Auto Ordnance Iwo Jima 75th Anniversary Thompson. This is an absolutely beautiful commemorative edition of the venerable Tommy Gun. It has an 16.5" barrel cerakoted in distressed copper with blade front and fixed rear battle sights. Chambered in 45ACP, it comes with a 20-round and 30-round stick magazines. The stock and foregrip are made from Walnut. Please check out the pictures as we tried ou...r best to capture this. Also, please check out this description from Auto Ordnance: "After nearly four long years of fighting, members of the United States Marine Corps, Navy, Army, and Coast Guard had accomplished many seemingly insurmountable tasks. Yet in February of 1945, a battle lay before them that would go down in our nation’s history as one of the most difficult victories ever achieved. On the desolate volcanic atoll known as Iwo Jima, a new chapter was written in the history of the United States militaryand in particular of the Marines, who fought tooth and nail for every inch of land against a suicidal foe. Their victory will be forever remembered, immortalized in the famous photograph of the flag raising on Mount Suribachi. On this, the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Iwo Jima, Auto-Ordnance’s latest historical gun series honors all those who fought there. Yesterday was a good day in the handgun department. We were able to get our hands on a single Ruger LC9S, 2 Taurus G2C's, 3 Taurus G3C's and a S&W SD9VE. These are all 9mm's and are great options at very nice prices. These are extremely hard to get and we don't expect to have them very long. Some details about each are as follows: Ruger LC9S - Just over a 3" barrel, this is a great conceal/carry choice. Has a capacity of 7+1, this black on black gun is extremely hot and can b...e yours. Taurus G2C - Another great conceal carry option with a barrel of 3.25" and an overall length of 6.25". This one has a capacity of 12+1 so the grip is a little wider. Also comes with a manual safety. Taurus G3C - The newest in the Taurus lineup, has the same measurements as the G2C and the same capacity. This one comes with a Gen 3 trigger system and manual safety. S&W SD9VE - This one comes with a 4" barrel and an overall length of 7.2". It's part of Smith's Self Defense line and has a 16 + 1 capacity with 2 mags. Also comes with a SDT trigger system.
