Silverstone Construstion did the plumbing, Southwestern Electrical did the electrical work, Coveert Heating and cooling did the mechanical. Interior finish is modern warehouse look with open floor plans an...d exposed warehouse elements. Original concrete floors etched with stain, exposed wood beams and support columns, tall ceilings , custom skylights, loft units have spiral stairs and open railings that I designed.
