If your water pressure is over 80 psi a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) is the answer to longer lasting washers in your faucets and other water fixtures. Plumbing code currently restricts your water service pressure to 80 psi or less.

I know it’s been almost a year since I’ve been on Facebook...May 25th to be exact...but I’m back (for a limited time I’m sure)... I have recently obtained my Masters license in St. Charles Co. I figured why not start the new year in a new environment.

If you are having a new dishwasher or refrigerator delivered and installed please make sure the shut off valve is in working condition. Most companies will not install your new appliance if the water shut off valve looks sketchy or will not shut off... Please LIKE and SHARE so others know...thanks..!!
