During the winter this was probably my favorite meal... Mom’s Pot Roast...we take chuck roast sear it add in potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and green beans all of that is slowly cooked in a creamy mushroom onion beef gravy... Hey guys!!! Couple of quick things... THANK YOU for making this Thanksgiving the busiest we have ever had!! And after saying that THANK YOU for being understanding for some hiccups that did happen!
