While we are still being cautious about health and safety protocols (the 2021 parade will be held on October 23rd) we have something amazing planned for March 12th- otherwise known as the 2nd Annual GREEN FRIDAY! Stay tuned!
Snake Saturday announces the date for a Spooky Snake Saturday on October 23, 2021. Registration will open on July 1, 2021. Watch for more details coming soon! This date change is in response to the pandemic with every participant's health, safety, and wellbeing in mind. Thank you to City of North Kansas City and North Kansas City Hospital for supporting us in keeping this community event alive!
Interesting NKC connection to this day and to tomorrow.
This is to let everyone know in a normal year we open registration for the parade, Lad and Lassie, Charity Cookoff, and Grand Marshal Celebration on November 1. The Northland Festivals Board of Directors have elected to delay opening registrations until January 1, 2021 due to current in place COVID restrictions. Since we do not know what the future holds we thought it best to let everyone know we are working and praying to hold a normal parade and festival as we did for 35 years previous to 2020. We are also working on a "back up plan" to be announced at the appropriate time should we need to revert to it.

Five questions! Five answers! Can you answer all five questions correctly? 1. Who is this? 2. What is the name of the event he is emceeing? 3. When was this picture taken? ... 4. Where was this event held at? 5. How did he contribute for the occasion? (Hint-answer in a previous question!) Five questions, five answers. Go!

Independence Day. Have a fun and safe celebration in our great City of our great Country, the USA, remembering those who made it possible.
Happy Father’s Day to all you Dad’s.
Another NKC business that has provided top services for our Northland Festivals / Snake Saturday events through the years. Thank you Pro Print!
C & C Produce has been doing community boxes for several weeks now and plans to do it again. It's $20 per box of amazing produce. Please like their page so you can know what will be in the next community box. May we suggest use one and share one? What a great way to share the bounty and eat healthier during our StayatHome-cation!!!
Pat's Pub has been a sponsor of Snake Saturday for as long as we can remember. If you are looking for a great deal check out their curbside delivery options for TOMORROW 4/9/20.
