Whole brisket/flat & point : $150 - Flat separate from point : $100 Spare/Stl Ribs : 1/2 slab $14 - whole slab $28 Brats & Burgers to be determined by amount if wanted Hickory Smoked Wings : $1 each with minimum of 15 and might also offer lemon pepper for a little more Sides I will offer : Green beans with potatoes and bacon : 1/2 tray $40 - Whole tray $75 Jalapeno popper Mac and cheese : 1/2 tray $50 - whole tray $85 Regular Smoked Mac and Cheese : 1/2 tray $45 - whole tray $80 All orders must be in by Tuesday 2/2 to make sure I can get everything done!!
