Online programs in human anatomy for high school students: "How the Body Works" and "Sports Medicine" cadaver demonstrations. Register today! Cost is $10/student for each 90 minute program, and students will be able to ask questions in real-time. These programs are appropriate for high school students who have had some anatomy or human biology, but advanced knowledge is not required. Programs will be limited to about 30 students. Online "How the Body Works" cadaver demonstration Wednesday May 6 from 10:30am-12pm CST: In this program students will view a complete human cadaver and human anatomical specimens such as hearts and brains. Cadaver demonstrations feature the physiological and anatomic relationships of the major organ systems of the body and how those organ systems can relate to various human diseases. Registration form: https://forms.gle/yw47MLtnunPduyxMA Online "Sports Medicine" human anatomy demonstration Thursday May 7 from 10:30am-12pm CST: This online program includes human anatomical specimens, such as arms and legs, that highlight the joints and muscles (it will not include a whole cadaver). Attention high school students interested in human anatomy and medicine! AIMS is offering an online distance learning course called How the Body Works - a look inside the human body using a cadaver and human specimens. All of the major organ systems will be covered, with an emphasis on relevant clinical information. Join us on Tuesday April 21 at 10:30am CST for our first ever AIMS Open Access program! Cost is $10/student for this 60 minute course. The program will be taught ...in real-time and students will be able to ask questions. Teachers are raving about our anatomy Distance Learning programs! Thank you to the teachers at Illini West High School for sharing their experience in their local newspaper. Are you a teacher doing e-learning with your anatomy, sports med, forensics or biology classes? AIMS instructor Ray Vollmer is offering 60 minute interactive, real-time programs using human cadavers and specimens. He focuses both on major organ systems and relevant clinical information. Attention Anatomy, Physiology and Biology teachers: If you are looking for e-learning opportunities AIMS offers real-time distance learning programs with our instructor Ray Vollmer! Ray teaches about 200 distance learning programs each year to students all over the country and has years of experience in distance education. He uses the AIMS cadavers and human anatomy specimens that students would see during our on-site programs. Students participating in e-learning at home can log into his presentation and will be able to ask questions.
