Back in December we noticed that the children in Ms. Bolstad’s preschool class were very interested in boxes. They wanted to fill them, deliver them and crawl into them. So we decided to start a Box Project. We collected boxes of various sizes and encouraged the children to explore them. We built towers of boxes, made roads out of them and houses. We made castles and had tea parties and built trucks and filled them with boxes. We painted them, drew on them and hammered them. We also read the book "Not a Box" and created our own "Not a boxes". Here are some of the creations.

This week we had a NLSW door decorating contest. The theme was Sent to Serve. Today was voting day. Which one would you choose?

Wednesday was Team Spirit Day. We celebrated by sharing class cheers! Great job Wildcats! Kindergarten is below and other classes can be found in the comments.
