No foundations classes today! All Adults are welcome at the 6pm class instead.

Today marks 5 years of us being open! We have had a lot of people pass thru our doors over the years but it’s cool to see so many that were there on day 1 that are still with us today and how much they have grown on and off the mat! Consistency is key! Thank you SJBJJ for making Jade and I feel welcome here and making this thing work!

It’s NoGi day here at SJBJJ! NoGi or Submission wrestling is the perfect way for all you former wrestlers out there to get into Jiu Jitsu. NoGi tends to have a fast pace with lots of wrestling involved during the scrambles and of course all of our matches start on the feet. We will be closed until at least March 23rd. At that time, we will assess our position in regards to the Coronavirus and our area. We feel that it is our responsibility to help slow the spread of this virus and do our part to avoid overwhelming our friends in the healthcare field. This will be temporary. We will be able to continue jiu jitsu on the other side of this. Thank you all for the nearly 5 years of support!
