This is one of our biggest transformations and why staging is SO important in many homes. This room was staged as a dining room years ago. It’s right off of the kitchen and carpeted, so we staged it as a sunken family room. There was another room right off the kitchen with a pretty fixture and we made that the dining room. A lot of buyers would have walked in and thought what is this room, what do we do with it? Not only did we figure that out for them, we made the space a place they wouldn’t wanna leave.
