Dr Singhal has been training local Plastic Surgeons in Managua, Nicaragua for the last 6 years with treating children born with Cleft Lip and Palate deformities. He went back again this March and this photo was taken at that visit. Dr Singhal preformed some complex and high-skill surgical procedures to improve the quality of life for these children!
