A joint project between Columbia Housing Authority and Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital will provide 25 permanent apartments for veterans. In addition to apartments, the building will host offices, programming space, fitness room, computer lab and laundry facilities. It will also feature energy efficient construction, HVAC and appliances. SAI’s construction documents and computer renderings were used as the main focal point for their fundraising projects across the state. They were needed to highlight how an old run-down hotel could be transformed into a beautiful campus for veterans.

Our new building for Koonse Glass is almost complete! It was designed to highlight their capabilities and the great work they do.
