Think twice before you park in a fire lane!! Wouldn’t you want the fire department to easily access the hydrant to assist with putting out a fire, especially if you might be in that building?! #firehydrant #fireprotection #smfp #shomefireprotection #firesprinklers

Such an awesome setup of these 5 double interlock preaction systems! Double interlock preaction systems are generally used to protect properties where accidental water discharge is a major concern. Commonly found implementation of preaction systems include properties housing electronic equipment, IT & Data Storage, museums, etc.... For a Double Interlock Preaction System to operate, two events must occur before water is admitted to the sprinkler piping. 1 Activation of a device installed on the supplemental detection system (i.e. smoke detection, heat detection, manual pull station operation, etc.) AND 2 Operation of a sprinkler that causes the maintained air pressure in the system to fall to a predetermined level. #firesprinklers #firesprinkler #preactionsprinklersystem #fireprotection #springfieldmo #joplinmo #smfp #shome #missouri #shomefireprotection #itm #inspections #emergencyservice #doubleinterlockpreaction

Nitrogen generation systems are becoming a key component to dry & pre-action fire sprinkler systems. Nitrogen systems are playing a major part in extending the life of these fire sprinkler systems by mitigating the internal corrosion of sprinkler piping.
