Although we are closed and it sucks!! We do appreciate all the effort and hard work everyone is putting in to restore water service and distributing water! We dropped off some pizzas as a token of our appreciation. They still have lots of water if any of you need it!

Thursday Update: Due to Snowpocalypse 2021 we will be closed again today! For two reasons: lack of water supply and a frozen condenser on our cooler! No running water and hot beer! Yikes! We do want to thank the city officials, the workers, the people who have donated water to the residents and the volunteers that have been passing out the water! YOU are awesome! ... We are taking it day to day right now and will keep you updated on the situations!

For any Carterville residents that are needing water - it is at the Community Center! If you don't have means to get there and you are in need send us a message! Remember if you do have water coming out of your faucets it needs to be boiled before consumption until the boil order is lifted! Hang in there Carterville!
