My first actual completed knife. Made from a rr spike.

Getting the blade cleaned up. Still a little rough on the shape. Right now, it's just a large butter knife.

Top one is my first. Made improvements on the 2nd. Smaller metal so it lighter. And I'm getting my lengths figured out.

Got some time to work on a project. Railroad Spike Knife. After one burned finger, progressing nicely.

Bottle opener with a cube (rubiks) twist, and keyring.

Finally got to break in the new 100lbs tank, and made my first bottle opener. Getting some feedback on it from the bartenders at Martin City Brewery!!

My success at intermediate blacksmithing. The twisted ring is from forge welding in a coal fire and they twist it in a figure 8 to see how well it welded together. It dont look the prettiest but it held like a champ!!! Damn good for doing it in a coal forge.

Added a new toy to the shop. Got it cleaned up and pretty, now just have to get it mounted and get her used again.

A couple new experiments. A basket handle with forge welded ends. An alligator twist handle.

Not bad for a couple hours in between cleaning the house and dealing with the kids. :)
