What a great weekend! 2 Accepted offers! I had a client write an offer on this Home/Farm in Odessa within 24 hours they had Multiple Offers all over asking price. WE GOT IT!! It never gets old in this market when you get the call from another agent that my client’s offer won out of Multiple Offers! My clients have been looking for almost a year with me for the perfect property for them and their horses! This is their dream!! I also had another great buyer get an offer accepted on her first home! Found a great home near the Independence Square! God is good!!
