It is time! Our Virtual Book Fair is open! Please shop and help support our school!

Coming soon! Our Virtual Scholastic Book Fair will begin next Monday, October 5! All orders placed will benefit Shady Dell. All orders are shipped directly to your home and any order over $25 is shipped for FREE! You do not have to have a student at Shady Dell to participate, you just need to love books! We will earn Scholastic bucks to be used to purchase books for our classrooms. Thank you!

We are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month at Shady Dell! Students have been learning about famous artists and they trying their hand at creating similar paintings! They have worked hard!

Brandi Smith, ECSE teacher, recieved her Back to School grant today! Her grant was titled - S.T.A.R. : Teaching Self Regulation in our Safe Place. This will include Feeling Buddies from Conscious Discipline. We are so proud of her!

Shady Dell counselor, Crystal Elliott, recieved a Back to School grant today! She worked with the counselors and Campbell ECC and Fulbright ECC to write a grant called - Parents Involved in Education : Conscious Parenting. Their grant will provide lessons in Conscious Discipline for our families. We are so excited to partner with our parents for this!

Sherri Eldred recieved the grant that she applied for! She was so excited! Her grant is titled - IDENTITY: Increasing Diversity Education to Nurture Inclusion Through Youth. Sherri’s grant features multicultural lego people for each classroom as well as books and lessons!

Back to School Grant Day! Shady Dell recieved several grants today! Teachers and counselors wrote these grants during the summer and found out today that they will recieve them! This is so awesome for all of our students and families!

Today is National Cream Filled Donut Day! Our Sunshine Committee brought treats for staff this morning to celebrate. Happy Monday!
