Fun, festive night at Enterprise Center for a big Blues win with our friends from Karr Bick Kitchen and Bath!

Nice fireplace project using Phenix Marble's 3cm Napolean Grey leather limestone. This rustic looking locally sourced limestone is a favorite among SFI's customers. This fireplace, designed by Wendy Kuhn at Karr Bick Kitchen and Bath, features a box mitered hearth as well miter returns on the firebox and the fireplace sides. Mitering edges can be difficult but the end result is a smooth seamless transition. Using Slabsmith software we are able to show our clients exactly how the coloring and vein patterns will work on a project such as this. Projects like this are sometimes challenging but fun to work on!

Phenix Marble's limestone back in stock at Stone Fabricators! This is one of our customer's favorite natural stone products in our inventory. Its a high density limestone locally sourced from the Springfield MO area. Formed 200 million years ago on what would have been the ocean floor near Springfield we see lots of cools inclusions in this material such as shark fins and starfish. This material is a great product for fireplaces, master bath projects, indoor and outdoor kitchens, you name it! Material thickness is quarried in 3/4", 1.25", 2" and 3" thicknesses which allows us to cnc vanity bowls for cool rustic looks. Very versatile and interesting material.
