SEMO Title 04.02.2021

Due to an increase in COVID cases in our county we are going back to only allowing buyers/sellers in the building during the closings. Realtors and lenders please do not come to closings unless it is absolutely necessary. We will still be sanitizing between each closing and limiting the number of people in the building at one time. If you have a mask please have it with you, if you do not we will be suppling them. We are sorry for this inconvenience. We are trying to make sure we are keeping our employees and customers as safe as we possibly can. Thank you for your understanding.

SEMO TITLE would like to respond to our current ever changing environment with the COVID-19 virus. Please be assured we are taking cautious procedures in our o...ffice to keep our customers safe and still meet the needs of the consumer, real estate professionals, and lenders. We would like to share with you the specific procedures that we are taking below: We are actively disinfecting our entire office especially before and after closings. Our closing rooms have bathrooms with soap and paper towels for hand washing as needed. We have extra pens and are asking that our customers take the one they use after their closing. We are asking that closing appointments be spaced out and that only essential people attend closings. The minimal amount of people in attendance, the better. We have a phone in each closing room and if needed we can conference you in without you having to physically be there. CUSTOMERS: if you are sick, or not feeling well, please consider rescheduling and we can work you in at a later date in order to keep you and our employees safe. Please be patient with us and understand that we are trying to keep you and ourselves as safe as possible during this ever changing scenario. Please also know we are under a lot of demand to accommodate everyone and need the appropriate amount of time to work through all of the logistics of each transaction. Every customer is important to us!
