Overload of information and/or questions can sometimes be an issue during any finance or refinance process. However, Scott has an uncanny ability to streamline things in such a way that we never felt burdened by the process or the requests. In fact, things went so well the we probably called Scott far too often asking if we’d missed a request or online tasking - we hadn’t - but his reassurances throughout really made the entire process very easy! We will repeat, without question!
