Dear Patient We hope you are all doing well and have used time to reflect on all things that matter most. Our office will be Re-Opening on Monday May 18, 2020. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. During the stress of the current pandemic, we want to tell you about the infection ...control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe; and to inform you that there will be some visible addendums during this era of COVID-19. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations. New Entry into Dental Office Protocols: If you have an appointment-once you arrive at the office and are in the parking lot, please call from you car to check in for your appointment. If we are ready for you to come in, we will have come in at the time of check in. If we are not ready for you, we will call you when its time for you to enter the office. If you do not have an appointment, please CALL us before trying to enter the center. We will only have one patient at the front desk at a time for checking in & checking out. Once you arrive in the Office the following will be required: You will be asked some screening questions. You will be required to have your temperature taken. You will be asked to wash your hands before being taken back for you appointment. For the time being, we are NOT allowing ANY visitors, guests or children. Only patients with appointments will be allowed to enter the office. Last but not least: If you are sick, please stay home. If you are running a fever, feeling shortness of breathe, have been around anyone that is sick or sick with COVID-19, please do not come in for your appointment. We are continuing to monitor & stay informed of any updates and data related to COIVID-19 from the CDC and ADA. Please be patient as we ease into our New Normal. We can’t wait to see you all again soon! Dr. Scott Roberson & Staff

At the recommendation of the ADA we will be voluntarily suspending nonessential and non-urgent dental care until Monday April 6, 2020. Our staff will contact you regarding any scheduled appointments. If you find yourself experiencing a dental emergency please know Dr. Roberson an...d staff are here for you! You can contact us by phone 816-350-0808. We will continue to update social media with new information. Thank you for understanding in this manner. Dr. Roberson and Staff
