Today we will appreciate another graduate from SBU, Natalie O'Keefe. She sells her paintings and does commissions through instagram. Her sweet watercolors and impressive acrylics notably require a well rounded knowledge of composition balanced with a playful imagination. I recently recognized this post about "The Dove Awards" I believe our art professors are more than deserving of such an award. This is the posted information: SBU Behavioral Sciences would like to introduce to students both inside, and outside, of our department to DOVE Awards. DOVE awards recognize faculty for the integration of faith and learning into the classroom. Students are welcome to submit multiple entries for each faculty member or multiple entries for different fa...culty members. Students are not limited to just faculty within their department. DOVE awards are not a competition; rather, a way to encourage faculty and let them know that their hard work does not go unnoticed. Though it is not a competition, faculty will receive a certificate letting them know of their nomination once the form has been received.
