I have been at the same weight for about a month now. I told myself this week I am breaking past this plateau. I started @rockhardfitness21 CrossFit class and busted through that thing!! 3 lbs down! You need to come give her class a try! It can be modified to fit your fitness level and you compete with yourself. Spring rolls with sweet chili sauce. The kids loved this recipe! Great warm weather dinner. Easy to make and low carb if you make it without the rice. ... Package of super blend veggies, cooked down with a dash of sesame oil. Cooked shrimp Cooked rice Spring roll wrappers Place wrapper in warm water, one at a time for 15 seconds. Place cooked shrimp, veggies and rice in center and roll. Spray with cooking spray and put in air fryer for 10 minutes at 390. You can also eat them cold and they are good like that too. For the chili sauce I used some cornstarch mixed with warm water, garlic chili paste, a dash vinegar, some soy sauce, garlic, and artificial sweetener.

Where are my lipedema ladies at?? So let me give you some background here on my lower body. For as long as I can remember, I have had bigger legs. I remember all the way back to kindergarten thinking my legs were so much bigger than other girls. No matter what I did, how much I diet, it was so difficult for me to lose weight in my legs, and even when I did, they looked "lumpy". A couple years ago I discovered that I have what is called lipedema. A chronic condition where fat ...tissue builds in the legs and sometimes arms, and is painful and also causes bruising. I could never figure out why my legs hurt so bad to the touch and swelled so bad. I never talked about this condition, because one, it isn't life threatening and I know there are so many other life threatening diseases out there, so I refuse to call it a disease. Also, I have been in denial because it isn't a well known condition and I thought maybe it was someone who couldn't lose weight making up a disease for an excuse. It wasn't until I went to see my cosmetic surgeon and he said if he took the fat away from my legs it might actually make them look worse because of my genetics. That was so hard to hear, but at the same time it is good to know that it is not for lack of trying. I really cant help this. SO I want to speak up about it, because I know there are many other women who suffer from this, both mentally and physically, and have no idea what is going on with their bodies. ALSO! I am still going to fight and compete this year. Mark my words, it WILL happen. you can still achieve your goals with this condition, you just have to work a little bit harder and it may take a little bit longer. I will get to where I need to be and I'm not going to let something like this keep me from my goal this year. nothing is going to stop me. I would love for you to follow my journey, especially if this is something you are going through. There is hope and you can achieve your goals. Keep lifting. Don't give up! I'm here with you, girl. I have been so many different sizes throughout the years. From average, to skinny to obese back to stage lean. Something I realized though, in every single stage, every size, I was never happy with how I looked. I always thought I was fat, or I had flaws and hated how I looked in shorts. I have never been truly happy with my body. It wasn't until last year that something clicked and now I truly AM happy with my body. It feels so good to just feel good about my physique. Don't... get me wrong, im still excited to lean out for wellness, but I am ok with how I look now. I love my body, my curves, and my strength. Ladies, love your bodies. In every stage. If you are working toward a goal, go for it, but enjoy where you are at the moment, knowing that throughout this journey you will learn so much about yourself. Enjoy the process of getting stronger, the little milestones, and focus on how you feel when you take care of your body and give it what it needs. This will make the fitness journey enjoyable. Focus on feeling good and giving your body what it needs and everything else will follow.
