Body U is an initiative funded by the Missouri Eating Disorders Council and coordinated out of the Center for Healthy Weight and Wellness. Body U is currently implemented in 11 public universities across Missouri and gives students an evidence-based program, based on 25+ years of research conducted at Stanford University and Washington University in St. Louis. The program offers students eating disorders, depression, and anxiety screening and then directs them to tailored online interventions aimed at promoting healthy behaviors and addressing these issues. We have something to offer all students those who feel as though they already have healthy habits, those who are struggling with depression and anxiety, and those who feel as though their eating, exercise, and body image could use some work.
