Spent the weekend testing out recipes, and boy do I have some surprises in store for you all! Here's a little teaser:

So, where to begin? I haven't posted in a while. So much has happened since I first launched this company last February, most notably a global pandemic. Only a few short weeks after starting this business I had to shut down and take my stock off the shelves. Independent candy companies weren't deemed essential. In addition, I also spent all of March through May fighting a vicious upper respiratory infection. Because of the restrictions of Covid, and personal illness I ceased ...all production, and any hope of going to farmer's markets. Maybe next Summer. However, it's not all bad news. In fact, I have an exciting announcement: We're Back Baby! Sam's Sweets KC is back on the shelves at Donutology in time for Christmas. Most products are available now, a couple more waiting on boxes, and some new fun items. Website is finally cooperating and will be live in a couple days after I get all the pictures taken. Things are looking good. Pics to follow.

This week has been a whirlwind. I never thought it would pick up so quickly. It looks like it'll be a busy night setting up social media, working on the website, and making/packaging more pecans. Can't wait for you all to see ALL of the finished products.
