Tunnel update.. Purlins are up! Now we just have doors, u-channel, attach roll up sides, pull plastic and attach wiggle wire. We will be finished Thursday at the latest!!! #sacovalleyfarm #hightunnelconstruction

Tunnels update.. small tunnel was completed end of last week. Corner posts all in concrete. Rafters all assembled and put up. Purlins almost finished on one big tunnel. Should complete that today. Roll up sides, u-channel, everything else laid out and ready to be assembled. We are almost finished! #sacovalleyfarm #hightunnel

High tunnel progress, today we assembled half of the rafters for the two big tunnels and got them all put up. Post holes were dug and concrete is finished for small high tunnel. Mud is drying out, which is lovely! Fingers crossed we only have 5 days left. Outlook for tomorrow is finishing small tunnel so we can start growing this weekend! Im super excited!

First rafter up for the big tunnels! We are getting there! It’s supposed to be 50 degrees tomorrow, so hopefully we can concrete in the 10 remaining posts and finish getting up all the rafters!
