The IRS website for Economic Impact Payments (Stimulus Checks) seems to be fully functional now. For those who previously got an error message of "Status Not Available" check again and you should be able to input your banking information for direct deposit. You'll need to have 2018 or 2019 tax return handy to verify some of your information.

We're finding that many Sch C self-employed individuals are being left out of the Paycheck Protection Program. Here is guidance from MO Department of Labor on unemployment being opened to self employed and gig workers. Many will receive weekly payments from $133 to $320 as well as the weekly $600 federal supplement FPUC program. There is a lot of helpful information here, but let us know if we can help in any way.

April 15th is here, but Tax Day isn't! Here's a reminder that you have until July 15th this year to file your individual taxes. No additional tax extension is needed like you normally would need on April 15th. We're still processing returns, so drop off your tax info when you can and we'll get them done for this year!

The IRS Economic Impact Payments (Stimulus Checks) have begun being sent according to the IRS. They are launching a website later this week to track your payments and a place you can add your direct deposit information if the IRS doesn't have it already. You can also find out more information with this link on if you'll be receiving the payments and how much you can expect the payment to be.

The tax deadline has been moved to July 15th, but we will continue to process and file tax returns during th...is time. We will work with individuals to send and receive information in a variety of ways: Mail, e-mail, or a window drop-off/ pickup at the office during business hours. Please email/call/ or message us to coordinate an individual plan that will work best for you. Please stay healthy and safe during this time and let us know if you have any questions or concerns during this time of uncertainty. We'll get through this together!
