The Richmond Police Department is very thankful to the Girls in Action from the First Baptist Church for the thoughtful gifts they presented to our staff. Thank you so much, it is greatly appreciated.

In reference to the Police presence in the downtown square and in the 300 block of East Lexington Street this morning: Richmond Police assisted the Missouri State Highway Patrol on a vehicle chase that started west of Richmond. The suspect had his vehicle tires spiked when entering town and continued to drive on deflated tires until he baled from the vehicle at the southeast corner of the Richmond square. The suspect ran on foot where he was chased by officers and apprehended after a perimeter was set up between Dollar General and CVS pharmacy.

The Richmond Police Department is asking for assistance identifying this person of interest in an incident that occurred in the early morning hours of 04-15-2021. If you recognize him, please call us at 816-776-3575, as any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
