Awesome year so far. Awesome clients. Even through the tough deals where the house isn't perfect, like it hasn't been updated in 40 or more years. We can absolutely get through it. 2018 was another fantastic year. I finished as the #1 realtor with St. Louis Realty for the 10th time. This is a huge honor, especially considering the amazing people that I work with. Lots of competition there. Thank you to all my clients who made that happen in 2018. Attached are a some of the homes I sold.

This year is a seller's market! In certain areas. If your in St. Charles County, Lindbergh, Webster, Kirkwood School Districs your on fire. As you go further outside of St. Louis County things slow down unless your in northern Jefferson County which is also crazy busy. Condos can sell better or worse than a house. It depends on where you are and the type of condo you have. Most areas are selling very well. Selling a house has to do with supply and demand. If you live in an ar...ea where there is lots of land, the supply and demand model is not in your favor. This is where it may take a while to sell your house. This is the best year I have had in my 14 year career as a full time agent. Being the number 1 agent in my company for 9 of them, that's saying something. This year is very diverse as usual. Small house, investment houses to million dollar houses. In all locations. Each one has it's own special items, characteristics and individual needs. The one thing everything house has in common is that the seller is in control of how good it looks. Keep it clean, and put your personal items away. I can't emphasize this enough. Buyers typically do not want your items, and to many make it very hard to see the house. It's too busy being your home. Looking forward to the next half of the year. Thank you to all of my clients.
