Here’s a recent remodel we just finished. Mostly paint, carpet and cleaning. It went under contract the first weekend it was listed.

Just wrapped up another remodel for a local investor. This place was rough! Quite the transformation. After the foundation was repaired we came in and updated all plumbing, electrical and Hvac using our awesome licensed contractors. We thoroughly cleaned and painted the basement, repaired all the drywall, painted, installed all new lighting, flooring, doors, trim, cabinets and put in a new bathroom. ... Just finished up a remodel today. This house came a long way. We were able to help this investor by managing this project for him. He has completed many rehabs over the years and just didn’t want to mess with it this time. We got it looking good for his new tenants on schedule and on budget.

Condo remodel we just wrapped up for an out of town investor. Painted everything. New vinyl plank and carpet throughout. New baseboards in vinyl areas. Replaced some light fixtures and ceiling fans. Added cabinet pulls in kitchen. New closet doors in bedrooms. Quick two week turn around.
