I was talking with a guy at my gym about these bodyweight squats. I’ve been doing 50 before each workout. I told him that gun to my head that I could do a hundred. So, I checked myself: Thurs I did 100; today, 3 Oct, I did 125. I recommend trying these. Why not?

Diet Day 3: 184.5lb I'm doing fine. Yesterday, it was a little challenging to wait until 3pm to eat. I had a can of beans and an apple. I was tempted to cheat in the evening, so I ate a small apple. Some weight loss; this is working. Edit: I believe that it was challenging waiting until 3pm because I woke up and began my day much earlier than usual.
I’m going on a diet; I’ve decided that it’s time to get my chit a little more tight. Here’s my plan: I’m going to eat one meal a day at 3:00pm. My clean meal of choice is black beans. I love them. Good thing, yes? Today is day one; 188lb.
