Once the fermentation process has begun you will need to burp the jar by loosening the ring/lid and relieving the pressure. Do this once or twice a day for the first two weeks.

Raw garlic fermented in honey for 8 weeks produces an incredibly healthy, immune boosting concoction. Here is a photo of a quart jar that I just began fermentation. Do a computer search for garlic fermented in honey for yourself and examine the health benefits. I believe that it gives me an immediate response in my respiratory system. After 8 weeks I begin eating a clove every day. I immediately feel like my lung capacity has increased.

Trying something new this year. Planting potatoes in the fall for spring and summer harvest next year.
