Derek did a phenomenal job on our skylight/shingle project on our back porch. Both men doing the work on our roof were altogether professional and showed a tremendous regard for our property, making sure that everything was exactly as it was when the job began. When I asked Derek about an additional concern we’ve had, our bay-widow leak, he made our problem his problem and invested extra time and effort into trying to solve a mess that was made long ago by other more typical contractors. I’m grateful for his great attitude, and for his desire not simply to further his own interests, but actually to help us. I know that the bay-window job is still not fixed to his satisfaction, and I look forward to learning what you think we might be able to do to get things more nearly right.
