Despite no longer having the title of "property manager" - the sale of these two residential complexes is a big accomplishment for Mr. Duley. Not only did he list the properties for sale (at the request of "Caribbean Development Company, LLC."), but he was able to find and sell to a local property management company - which everyone involved - felt this particular team was ideal for the residents and the job ahead!
