One of the best things in life is testimonials from your clients who are putting in the work and reaping the rewards! Bobbie has been absolutely killing it 3 times a week and recently DOMINATED her recent pro jiujitsu match and never had a point scored on her! From Bobbie Jo Ridenhour:... Age is just a number..... note how this kid has ZERO issues throwing down in a little challenge. Why? My guess is that he probably never had someone tell him "you can't".... Also the guy he is going against is Rich Froning, 4x winner of the CrossFit Games and the title that comes with it of "Fittest Man on Earth". The dude is one of those giants in the fitness world that is always known and respected. This kid just straight throws DOWN. Now, you could state that Rich was nice and "let him win". You could state that he was humoring the kid for the camera. You could also note that no one told the child "this is just for a picture". The kid had zero fear to test himself in this minute and it showed because he was booking it for those burpees. NOW.....take that same thought and apply that to your day.... What giants do you back down from? What obstacles are keeping you from achieving your goals? Now what would you be able to accomplish if you DIDN'T back down? Go crush your day. - Coach Mike
