In honor of the upcoming Memorial Day we remember James Lloyd Parsons. James Lloyd Parsons 1945-1968... James Lloyd Parsons, age 23, of Warsaw, Missouri, died April 19, 1968 while serving in the United States Armed Forces in Vietnam. He was born on March 10, 1945 in Sedalia, Missouri to the late Lloyd and Ora Parsons. Funeral services were held on May 4, 1968 at the First United Methodist Church in Warsaw with Rev. J.D. Little officiating. Interment with full military honors were held at the Riverside Cemetery in Warsaw.

Some may debate the actual number of deaths caused by COVID-19 in NYC but, the total number of deaths NYC is faced with during this pandemic is inarguable. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those funeral directors and their families on the front lines of this pandemic.
