Last night we learned about the importance of reading and applying the word of God in our lives. In Matthew 6: 33 it says, Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. By declaring the Word out loud, you are doing these three things:... 1. You are reminding the Lord of His Word and showing Him that you believe that Word to be true. 2. You are reminding yourself of what His Word says. This is a continuous process; it never ends. Regardless of how long you have been a Christian, reminding yourself of the Word is a beneficial, daily practice. 3. When you speak the Word aloud, you are taking a stand against the enemy. You are proclaiming that Jesus is Lord over your life, that God’s Word stands true, and that the enemy is defeated in your life. #Remixing #YouBelongHere : Cale Maloney
